I am a big fan of Air Arms and have owned two models. That being said that gun is just too long and I realize they need the extra barrel length to get velocity, but that length will keep me from buying one.
Air Arms has built some fine 'springers" over the years ...having a .177 TX200 and a .22 Pro Elite break barrel in my collection (purchased in 1997 from Jim Maccari). Both are as pleasant to shoot as they are easy to look at and admire for the build quality and fine metal work.
This S510 XS looks equally fine and I would love to add one of these beauties to my collection.
Steve, great video. It is interesting all of the equipment you use to make video. Thanks to you, Air Arms, Optisan Sport Optics, Sportsmatch Rings and JSB Pellets!
I love the gun, but I’m a little confused. Since this contest is open to the UK, and since this gun is (way) over 12 foot pounds, would you still have to have a firearm permit, or has all of that changed over the years?
