I own both, both are fine units! I myself am leaning towards the Avenger, flawless so far.

Bloodman420, I am waiting for an Avenger but currently have a Hatsan Flash which is about the same weight, and an AT44PA short. I LOVE the AT44PA it is great, and for my minimal training I can get repeat shots off real quick. The ONLY thing I have against it... compare the weights! If that's not gonna bother you...

I recently bought a Hatsan Flash Wood .22. My first pcp. Accuracy is better than expected but I am not tickled about the bolt. The lever and regulator on the Avenger has peaked my interest.

I know something like this won’t completely dissuade someone from buying a springer. I have springers and PCPs and like both. But - if guns like this become the norm that has got to put a dent in springer sales; even the big box store springers.

I hope it’s everything it’s hyped up to be...while still having plenty of shortcomings, it seems to be on par with the Gauntlet hype. I loved the gauntlet for the base and the value. The base was very enticing to improve upon and like many others I did indeed improve upon it. It’s now the go to loaner to encourage others to get into airgunning. I’m hoping that the Avenger will be an addition to the loaner or even it’s replacement.
