Water in Air from air compressor

In a word Yes, you want dry air for the gun and tank.

I am not familiar with your compressor but there are separate air filters that can be added to your system to prevent water from entering the gun and tank.

Do not fill your tank or guns with air that you suspect contains water.

Maybe someone with your compressor will post and suggest the air filter/s that he has placed between the compressor and the gun/tank.

FukoChan, I would suggest looking into one of the aftermarket HIGH PRESSURE water separators/filter canisters. Filtering out the low pressure side of the compressor really does not do you any good. It is the physics of air compression that gets us on this. Think of the air as a sponge. The sponge (air) can have lots of moisture in it that you just can't get out until you apply pressure to it. (squeezing the sponge). Hence why we need to dry and collect the moisture on the output of the compressor rather than the low side. Message me and I can share a little more about some of the separators that are available. Good luck.

So the question returns "is this bad"? And why? Really what is that bad about it? Photos? YouTube? Formulas? Bad luck? Bad carma? Water boiling point? Tell us please...
Basic general information for you.

You're disappointed or angry because the answer, which was clearly helpful and informative (and which you unfairly edited) did not expand into a full dissertation on the topic? If you want a dissertation, how about YOU do the research and write one. That should keep you too busy enough for a while that you won't have time to blast away at well meaning and helpful fellow enthusiasts who none the less do do rise to your standards.
