Went to range late monday, omg it was full and I forgot that for some reason people like to fire their loudest guns that day at range. 
It was pack! Did not unload my stuff turned around and went home to shoot the .177 instead. 
The good thing was the normal 3 plus hour round trip because of the 4th holiday only took me 2 hours and 42 mins to get back home!

@Healthservices yikes! I'd hate to have to drive that far to shoot, then to have to turn around right when you get there! Sounds like a crap 4th to me. Hope you have better luck next trip.

Thanks I'm sure I will. Its all good. I'm just glad I did not have to endure some guy to the left of me pelting me with his shells as he shoots his pb.

I did that as well. The explosions were ringing my ears with ear muffs! The concussion were blowing my hat off my head, and everybody wants to shoot fast. I don't think they hit a #$@% thing, but they managed to pelt the heck out of me with hot brass. My earmuffs won't fit on a lot of the guns they shoot nowadays.
