We need off topic again!

I know it caused a lot of problems because it got political.
And I was one of the main offenders, but just now looking at the post about knives made me realize how fun it was to see knives and fishing pictures, and best of all the cooking and bbq pictures that everyone contributed.
Maybe it’s possible to try it again with all members policing the off topic, and immediately shutting down all negativity and politics.
If we refrain from answering an insulting post, and instead let the offender know that it’s unacceptable here, maybe it could work out again.
If we all protect off topic ourselves then maybe the moderators won’t have to deal with it.
I would really enjoy seeing the recipes and fishing and knives and the cars and motorcycles and RC airplanes.
Just an idea, and I completely understand if it’s a no go.

No sweat, I’ve been meaning to create a video tutorial. I’ll put that on my TTD list.

By default the Forums page presents you with a Traditional List like view. Simply drop down the little arrow to change the Feed type (I rarely use the folder view anymore, I like the Threads Feed).

Agree 1000%. Absolutely hate the format of the social section. A totally separate area with individual threads just like this area would be so much better than whatever that social cluster is, on my phone anyway. Would be perfect as everyone that would be offended by the awful mention of PB guns or politics could just stay out.
