Shoot from a rest to see if the gun sucks, then you shoot offhand to see if the shooter sucks. At least if it groups from a rest, there is only one other thing to blame. That’s how most of us do it.

Well not crap accuracy but the Nemesis has a LOT of muzzle flip when you hand hold it. I was trying to get the best group possible out of the pistol. But it's nice to know what the pistol is capable of versus what the person shooting it is capable of. I'll take a shot at a standing hand held 5 shot group to see if it's really terrible.

I shot at a 12 inch target at 5 yards and the accuracy was crap standing with iron sights. But I now found out the factory iron sights are crap on it . I was using rws diablo 7 grain pellets to.

You had the pistol for all of about a week before you gave up on it and you only tried the one pellet. So you really haven’t done a very thorough due diligence to establish that this pistol itself is a POS. There’s more than just substandard sights that can be attributing to poor accuracy.
