Tuning Webley axsor air leak

Hello everyone, just got my hands on a webley axsor .22, (one in the middle)but it happens to be leaking air from the charge port, I’ve been looking online for a solution but unfortunately all the parts are from the UK and no one in my area (Miami,fl) knows how to repair or replace. Any ideas

Inspect and clean the check valve and spring. Often the problem can be solved by merely stretching the spring. Could be a very easy fix. These are lovely rifles, well made and quite accurate.

Id try and open the air from the bottle quickly a few times. Sometimes the check valve gets stuck or doesnt seat. Happened to me once and that solved it.
