Weihrauch HW57

*Yours is incredibly inaccurate.

I'm curious as to why you wouldn't make a warranty claim on yours. I'm not the only one here who has had excellent luck with this gun. Wouldn't it make sense to make a phone call and get it squared away instead of throwing $500 in the trash?
I purchased my HW57 from Mundilar. The shipping cost back to Portugal was north of $300. Throwing good money after bad I chalked it up to experience. Never purchase a rifle when there are so many poor opinions on them. The tappet loading port does not lineup with the barrel. Pellets clip the barrel and there goes a flier. A shame really, it is a lovely rifle. YMMV

Doesn't matter where you purchased it really. AoA is still an authorized service center and even if it ends up costing a few bucks its still better than throwing $500 in my opinion.
AoA will not touch a rifle that does not have the USA stamped on the barrel, already checked.

I found it funny on why a barrel has usa on it vs one that dont.. your not going to put a non usa barrel on a usa gun and change the fps/energy or converts it to a uk powered gun cause thats in the recevier part nothing to do with what barrel on it..lol. Are usa barrel guns the junk no one else in the world wants ? Seconds pawned off on americans ? Somthings up or theres no reason to separate usa vs world.

Probably more for a visual to be certain they don’t accidentally ship to much power to these nations that gave it all away. They might ban Weihrauch from sending them in if someone put their eye out.

Like i said the barrel had nothing to do with that if that was the case you would stamp the guns receiver not the dead. weight barrel part , right?

So if i had a uk power gun and put a few sa barrel on it it makes it full power? Why no.

Id have to pull the Chewbacca defence on that

About a year ago I was hot on getting one, I even called AoA to try to place a special order. I believe I spoke with Daryl who told me they no longer sell them because of the issues with that rising breech block. He further explained that the HW50s was essentially the same gun but in a break barrel... which is how I ended up with my 50.

The USA stamp on the barrel is probably there to determine whether or not it was imported by a authorized US importer. Hence the reason AoA doesn't have to service the rifle. It's a grey market gun. It has nothing to do with the power or quality. These USA stamped barrels shoot too well to be seconds or thirds.
In the morning I'm gonna have to check my rifles for the USA stamp. I know I've seen it but I'm not sure all of my legit US market guns have the stamp. I have a few guns from Krale. I wonder how they are stamped. As well as a couple loose Hw80 barrels sold as parts. I'll see if they all have logical stamping.

Nothing on the barrels on either of mine other than serial number and caliber. The stampings on the rear of the breech are in English. I ordered these from a gunshop/dealer in the NE, no idea if they are and authorized dealer,
Thinking i wondered about bought outside of AOA even if still bought in the usa.

Now is it AoA imports the ones they sell with usa stamped by there request so like said above if you do not buy from them/ no usa stamped gun they do not honor the warranty or do service?

So far thats all i can think of .

Also seems guys like at gta that do barrel swaps buy the new barrel from AoA but never say they got usa on them ?
Then i guess that would fall under end-user abuse or tinkering that voides the aoa warranty anyway, so?
