H8i all, Bill here, have always been fascinated with air guns. Thirty year Navy vet. Had a Crossman pump up when I was a kid that I used all the time. Bought a Marlin 22 cal. 39a (firearm) rifle in the mid 60''s and found I seldom got to use it. Was introduced to quality springers during a three year tour in Scotland. Since then have had a Webley hurricane pistol (stolen), a Beeman FWB124D air rifle (still have) and a RWS P5 magnum pistol (still have). All are springers. Medical issues have rendered my springers un-usable to me and the weight and balance of the airgun has become a major issue. I went with a Crossman .22 cal. 2250 (co2 and shoulder stock) and a similar .177 cal. Crossman 2300t (again with a shoulder stock). I'm retired now and really enjoy them for backyard use. I am fascinated by the PCP''s but unsure about the handling, weight, balance and charging.
