Well got another email....there sending me another motherboard. Looks like everything from the picture is plug and play!!! Looks easy.....

The big square black block.is a relay. Simply put, it is a small switch that drives a large switch. The heavy cables going to the relay cary the 350 watt power to the motor. Short them together to see if the motor will run.

Again, most likely a bad crimp, loose connector or a bad solder. Easy fix if you know where to look. I killed my board cs3 with 14.8 volts input. Replaced the circuit board and all is happy again in CS3 land.

If you are not comfortable with 12v electronics... Ask for a replacement. Don't just randomly short out points on the circuit board. You will fry something. The fans, the auto stop and the start on command are all controlled by the board.

The CS4 is back in stock at GX Pumps, maybe you should see if they will upgrade it for you!

Well got the new circuit board in. It wasn't to bad to put in. Got everything back to together flip the fan switch press the start button and now you have to keep the start button pressed in for it to work and the auto stop doesn't work either. So I emailed back told them I will get a message later tonight to see what's next to be replaced....I just want a new unit that's all. The one they sent me was made in 2021 in January. So they definitely don't rotate in the warehouse!!!

Whattttt??? Dont it auto stop when you remove your finger off the switch?

Man, couldn't help it.. sorry .

But you know it's this kinda thing i see guys get on top of the rest of the overhead and cost just to shoot 1 pellet that keeps me far away from pcp .. nice guns but this stuff ...lol. Cock, load, shoot ,repeat . Good springer just needs another tin of pellets @$6 per 500.

I feel for ya being im the self proclaimed lemon king.. a bad part is a joykill

Oh yeah....I was the same way about PCP rifles too because the pumps cost way to much money. This is my first bad "anything" with airguns . Probably at one point I had around 40 springers from AA pro-elite to AA TX 200 in 177 and 22 cal. Plus a HW rifles and Beeman's too. Metal detecting is another very expensive hobby also it can be a money pit too if you don't know what your doing.

I would suggest you swap the relay between the old board and the new board, just to see if you can make your pump work. You are 90% of the way there. And you may be able replace just that component.

The large black rectangle will unplug from the board. There are 4 prongs that can only fit one way into the relay. The job of the relay is to take a small voltage and throw a large voltage switch. I.E. It is the motor on/off switch. From your description, the relay controller is likely the problem.

I wish!!!! So got another email saying it's the switch but they want me to check the gauge first which I did and it's not that. But when I was testing out the pump I noticed the top fan wasn't working either 😞😞😞 so yeah this compressor wasn't put together right at all. I ask them is there any way to send me a replacement this one has way to many issues..... hopefully they will.

If the switch is next up cant you throw a new switch in like a cheap toggle or momentary you can pick up like at Walmart ? ( I assume momentary seeing you have to hold it in ???). Or alligator clip wire to wire direct .

Its no wonder why them folks stay in china and not have a office or location in the usa.. then id think it be more cut and dry exchange/ rma better then this guess the problem all on your end.

Yeah going with another compressor. Getting a 350 watt off eBay. Seen some for $230...I wish I have done this before....

Well with the Uragan King in 30cal is a beast of a gun to fill so need something with a little more power. The little CS2's I have are TANKS!!!!! Holy cow great little compressors. Unfortunately with the CS3 I got a very bad lemon it can go with saying the same for cars or trucks too .....

Ok update there sending a switch out now and want simply swap out compressors. There are other issues too like one of the smaller cooling fans want run either. Hopefully with some luck after the switch is in it might start working??? Hopefully. Meanwhile order another compressor a toauto with the 350 watt motor so will definitely handle the Uragan King.
