Western Airguns Western Airguns are made where? USA? Where.

So, that might explain why I got no response from Western when I asked to tour their factory since I was thinking about buying a Rattler and wanted to buy American made.

And that's how it starts,

Either the manufacturer missleads the public so to garner more sales or a rumor starts, gets picked up and if not checked becomes perceived reality.

They have been very open with where the Red panda is made, China, the manufacturer never tried to claim otherwise as long as I know.

China made products can be better then US made, proven by several Airgun products it's just what level of product they decide to make to cover a certain segment.

I just learned something new!
Thanks.
My mistake, as I thought Karmas were made in the USA.
I stand corrected, and thanks for the education.

This is an older thread, but I feel that there's a bit of fundamental patent law lacking in here that I was taught in school, and it probably should be brought up for the future readers of these posts... That fundamental is that a patented product can be improved upon and manufactured and not violate patent rights, and an improved patent can even be applied for an granted based on the improvements. While I know nothing of the history of these three companies, all seem to have borrowed and improved upon an existing technology to create and improve upon a semi auto pcp.
