What bi-pod mounting adapter is needed for a BSA R10?

Feel like this is a silly question, but what picatinny, bi-pod adapter can be connected to a BSA R10 forearm stud?

- I really don't want to attach anything to my buddy bottle ..........

and you still have a place to attach a sling.
pretty sure you don't want to crank up on that stud too much.
