Just curious. For me it is 0.357 extreme 145g Bullet by Nosler so far, though it is hard to come by.
I also cast power coat size and shoot into a large bullet trap at my 125 yard range. I shoot mostly accurate molds 625 boat tail spire point .513 and noe molds .513 450 grain gas check. All powder coated and then sized to .510. The weights will pure lead are 650 grain and b.c. of .5 for the accurate molds. And the noe pure lead are 460 grains with b.c of .250. I went through 300 lbs of pure lead casting for my Texan last year. For me its worth shooting into a bullet trap and recycling the lead. The powder coat never comes off the slug even when shot into steel. My bullet trap is a large front end loader bucket weighs at least 1000 lbs covered with mine belting to staple target to. The angle on the bucket is perfect for stopping lead slugs 1\2 thick steel.
Since I mostly work on pesting groundhogs, the ammo I use the most is the Predator Polymag .357 out of my Bulldogs. I'll give the JSB Hades a try when they are in stock in .357cal. I also use NSA 110gr for raccoon hunting/pesting, but I'm looking to switch to Griffin slugs because the NSA rounds just don't expand the same as they do in smaller calibers.
196gr NSA (909s)
240gr NSA (texan carbine)
Is that 0.45 for both?
My own cast bullets. 242, 294 hp, 308, 324, 372, and 145 gr ball.
