What Co2 plinker/repeater can be powermodded more?

The Drodz 661K can be modded to 800 fps, even 1000 acording to some dedicated owners, of course that on a 36grain bb isn't much of a punch, but pretty impresive anyways.

Sadly its almost imposible to get a new one, and its too bulky for my taste anyways, so I wonder if one of your regular walmart Co2 plinkers, not larger than 25cm (around 10 inch), can be modded to pcp to put those speeds, I ordered a paintball remote line system with a 1000 psi regulated output for my HDR.50 and I wanted to use the system for something more.

My country has a legal limit of 24 joule /17,7fpe, so I got plenty of room to buff out the .177 out of a small barrel.

If a Drodz, that suposetly shoots around 400 fps out of the box, can be upgraded to easily double that speed just moving the solenoid, can that be done with some Co2 plinkers?

What's the secret? Drill bigger ports? Stronger hammer spring? and what would be the ideal candidate? (Better if it admits pellets to)

i bet with alittle work you could hook one up to a scuba tank with a regulator of some sort and a coil hose and just keep turning it up until you notice something start to swell then back off a bit .. just wear the tank on your back with straps, you could shoot all day ...

1000 psi is in the range of Co2 on a hot day (I learn that on this forum), some Drozd owners even ram up to 1500 psi, but from my experience in pcp, if the pressure is too much for the config you running, the hammer spring will open less the valve, or fail to open it at all. Power modding is not just about higher pressure.

A plinker with a solid valve system that prefereable don't rely on trigger strength would be a good candidate, but I don't know much about those Co2 handguns.

The Hammerli/Umarex AirMagnum 850. I took it from a stock C02 rifle, to bulk C02, and then to HPA. The Walther Rotek is basically the HPA version of the 850.

From first glance, the Webley Nemesis looks the most promising platform, manual charging system, so you can easily modify spring, and maybe its enough to put an adapter on the front with the HPA instead of the Co2 to convert it to pcp. I don't like its bulkyness and it isn't double action.. Someone have one of these?

You don't see much of that on here on AGN or GTA forums. Occasionally, the conversion to hpa. There are probably other forums or user groups that tailor to what you are looking for. 

I recently converted a crosman dpms to hpa, but not looking for higher power. Having a longer supply of power to go with a 300 bb mag, seems like a good match. I have gave it a little thought about converting one of my co2 pistols, but think tethering and reloading mag will be a nuisance, for me.

Hi Savagefox...I have a Webley Nemisis and consider it very accurate...

it is a heavy and full bodied handgun and a Single Shot Bolt Action as well as having a Multi shot Magazine, I have a Red Dot Compact Reflex mounted on the Rail...

I like the gun...
