It was fun. Like most guns that haven’t been disassembled in more than five years, it had a few leaks after we put it back together. Shoots like a champ again. Gerry is a natural mechanic, all he needed was a little encouragement.

Final post on this subject. Got the Boss out in the field yesterday morning to zero in & see how everything functioned as we're looking at wind & rain for the next 5 days. Minutes after setting zero, unexpectedly, I see 3 Ground Squirrels playing around a pile of logs. 18 degrees uphill, 98 yards, 3 dead Squirrels in about 3 minutes! The Boss is BACK!!!
