Machined the breech side of a 30 cal Reximex barrel for Daddy Notos. Making a probe pin now and should be all fitted tonight.

only 08:04AM here , finishing coffee and reading on the Forum , light rain all day is the forecast. we will see what happens . Probably shoot Iron sights practice as i need a lot of time with that . maybe another 100 hours and i will hit a bulls eye ?

I installed a new pistol grip on my DreamTac. I picked up a B5 Systems Type 22 and I like it! Too bad it's raining out. I was hoping to do a little shooting with it this afternoon.

The weather was perfect today, took a break from doing projects and shoot my DAR at spinners. I had replace one o-ring in January and it has held pressure since. Man for a sub $300 rifle, it's just amazing. Doing 925 avg. with JSB 15.39s.

Chased some squirrels, none appeared so it was just a walk in the woods, took a few obligatory shots at random forest “threats” stumps etc that looked suspicious, and shopped for scopes.

i picked up 2 digital pressure gauges, might get one for all my rifles
Soo much easier to adjust tunes when you are not guessing what pressure you are at on an anolog gauge
and i saw this electronic level that was far more reasonable than the others i have seen for hundreds of dollars, so i wanted to try it out

My younger competition having not only adopted a pistol field target position allowing them to rest their pistol grips atop their knee, but also adding grip caps and/or knee pads to get more comfortable in that position, and neck issues having kept me from doing so, yesterday I put the finishing touches on a grip-extension/knee-riser/"decorative grip-cap" for my RR-custom .22 Brocock Sniper pistol/carbine Extreme Field Target pistol. Not knowing if it would raise my position enough to to adopt the knee-rested form, I figured if nothing else it would at least look cooler enough to not be a wasted effort (of about ten hours of fabrication)-
The good news is- 1) I think it does look cool(er), 2) It confirms the knee-rested position as much advantage as I've suspected, 3) As confirmed in my consistent 1" groups at 50-55 yards from that position, and 4) Early testing suggests I CAN adopt the position of advantage my younger competitors have been enjoying!
The bad news for my competitors is... SEE #4 ABOVE!

I defended my bird feeder from an intruder. Crosman 2240 XL 10” barrel carbine was money.

Another feeder invader eliminated the low power way. I stored my 2240 in a bench under the window that I pest from in my office. I was too rough with my buckrail moderator. 
it has my 0db on it now. I will not use 3d printed on my pesting rifles anymore.

Made a titanium plenum for the 22XX build and adapter. Waiting on Altarus reg for it as I have decided not to use the Notos in tank reg. This way I can have full 100 cc air cap.
