What did you do airgun related today.

I get a good 65 shots out of mine with near 20 fpe using 18.1 gr pellets. Accuracy is real good too.

Because the weather is very sh..it here in germany in the winter i spend more time indoors. I'm missing my plinking range in the garden, so i had to adapt.

Today i build these portabel indoor target shooting box, attached a selfmade knock down target with line reset to it and some nails above for bottle caps or little clay pipes.

Then added two led lights for better sight.

The back is made from 4mm pvc foil which they sell here as "tabletopper".
It could withstand the impact of pellets shooted from our german low powered airguns very well and its got not even an dent or scratch from pellet impact (and i nearly shooted 300 .177 and .22 pellets onto it when it was attached in an other shooting box).

Just need to finish powder coating the main tube/ sand fit the recoil pad (was oversized from factory!) and she's pretty much done.....
I feel that AGN needs a like+ button for posts such as this.

Today was another shopping day on Aliexpress. 6.8 liter Tuxing to fit in the middle of the 3 and 9 liter. If I ever get off my ass and to the range this will go for the ride along with the bag I bought for it. Also a regulating valve to go on it.
I ordered a compressor from AliExpress Dec 25 and it has never arrives, and after attempts to email I've never heard back! Do you have a good email address for them? Or even a phone number. Any help will be appreciated. Charles

Did you try to write their support? Normally they are very quick in response.

Charles I do know how you feel having just finished my 6 week battle with an American dealer. When I first learned about Aliexpress I was leery as I was with amzon and eBay before that. Before I go any further, no I have no contact info. First off how did you pay ? PayPal I hope ? You have buyer protection. Did you save the transaction? What compressor? Aliexpress is weird in that they are sort of a middle man I THINK. I have had orders canceled claiming item sold out and they put a dollar in your account, funny ha. I did sign up to their club or something. Still only pay with PayPal. I just checked my PayPal account and I see I’ve had 11 buying transactions with them . One transaction could be with 10 separate stores for 10 different items. I also noticed I’m new to shopping with them since the end of November and all sales pertain to this hobby.
personally I buy from the cheapest seller and take my chances. I don’t worry about warranties I won’t pay more than a few % for “ after sale service “
Even if you paid with your charge card open a claim I don’t see how you can loose your money.
again I and I’ll bet everyone else wants to know what compressor.

I’ve had stuff take over a month to arrive. It’s a slow boat ride

I tried some Gamo (400 tin) pellets in 3 different guns in the ManCave today. Different hammer settings & transfer port to no avail. They are destined for spinner plinking close range , I won't try them for pests at any range. Then put several mags through the rat gun NP03, the Stoeger 'Shark & the BSA R10
w their preferred ammo. Played w/ the Stoeger hammer settings a bit and 18 & 21gr pellets.

For even small $2 sales they email every move. So much so that it’s annoying. It’s not specific though.
leaving seller warehouse, arrived at shipping warehouse, awaiting customs , cleared customs, arrived
at US shipper, etc. for big stuff I had FedEx has taken over then.

Two years ago, i bought a Acecare 6.8-liter tank that cane right from China and then a bout 2 weeks after I got it, I got another bill from customs.

Just shooting, very wholesome and very good weather, so shooting 120 or so yards with the 13 grain Zans was very satisfying even if a shot now and then went a little " sideways " and landed 1 - 2 inches from the aim, then most often things was very close, for sure i think i saw the optimum performance of 13 Zan today with every wind flag not at all moving.

We also got the wood burning oven in the shed gagged up a bit more, i think now the airflow is where it need to be, and so firewood should last a bit longer.
Mind you you do need to keep the door open while getting up to speed / temperature, but once there throw a log or two in there and slam it.

I was also glad to see, my friends Snowpeak M30, it do NOT hang with me shooting 10 grain KO slugs too at the far range, it is way more erratic in its grouping.
We are going to try changing speed on it one day, but i dont think this cheap rifle will be able to hang with my expensive ones,,,,, well i hope not.

30 - 55 and 75 M though, and the damn contraption seem to be doing just fine, my friend a long time pellet fan, well he is now also a slug fan.

No plinking in my house, my PCP's all high power.
Sheiss weather here in Toronto area, and I just got officially retired next week. So my entire January is locked in the basement and garage.
Learning to cast slugs for lapping my barrels and liners.
Two liners are fully done and at third I gave up with casting after almost a week of trying... hard lapped this one with patches instead.
Three more to go.
