Received my GX-E-5K1. Grease pot came damaged from the cover rubbing on it during transit 
. Emailed GX and they are sending a new pot. This makes the cs4 look like a toy. Cast iron gearbox / crankcase.

Please make follow up posts maybe even in the pump section. I have looked a lot at this compressor. Not talked about a lot but it lands nicely in between the cs4 and 5k2. Turned my .25 epoch into 30 cal. Cleaned the minus liner really well with a patchworm kit and put it all together. A bit bummed as it didn’t shoot pellets at all under normal velocity (870-880). Had to bring it up in the mid 920’s for it to shoot well. Lots of air consumption. Was really looking to run it in the mid to upper 70 fpe range. Will definitely spend most of its life with .25 33.95 at 900. Those are super accurate at that speed and give a good shot count.

Install the custom 218 magazine on my K1 tested a bunch of different sample slug. Some of them shot well, but even more gave me flyers. I'm almost certain that I have to get the barrel aligned to this magazine since it is slightly smaller (new mag 49.76mm wide vs 49.96mm) i will put the original magazine back on until I run out of .223 slugs

Tore down the top end of my GX CS2 pump, cleaned and greased it. Needed to do something positive as I shot far below average today - in great shooting conditions.

I started blowing leaves @ 10 AM / finished @ 3:30 pm and only got the front yard done and leaves blown over the cliff. now i can shoot all day tomorrow . If i had tall sides on my pick up i would have filled the bed at least 4 times .

Shot a lot of lead at onvasive dragons today with my buddies XM1 bullshark .25 and my at44 .177, also shipped out the Huben K1 .22 for a trade.

WOW! 58 pages on a topic! Awesome. Maybe mine will start #59.... Anyway am totally loving my new GX4 CS4 compressor. Finally got something that will fill my Huben K1 all the way. BTW it's got a fresh new carbon fiber stock! Really makes it sweet looking. Other stuff....returned a Vector Hugo scope I bought from Optics Planet. Watch out for those guys; not all reticle pics show the true size of the reticle. Re-sighted in my Hatsan Vectis .25 and am waiting on some pic angle mounts to put a laser on my Hatsan Velox .25! BTW....I've got a Seneca Aspen that shoots lights out. Thinking about taking the pump out and making it a bottle gun. anyone got experience in that? Lots goin on... (nope, still on page 58, lol)

Added a quieting device to a powder burning bullet flinger. That was after getting a Mother May I - approval from the government. And giving them a $200 dollar bribe. But it is raining so it will be a pistol in the basement for my pellet shoostin. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.
