What did you do airgun related today.

I shot 3 starlings with my GK1 25 using JSB 25.39s farthest 30 yards all DRT. Sorry no pictures:confused:
Update I got this Lil pest at 20 yards with the GK1 25.

Wow, that is really nice. I assume you’ve done that before! I’ve got a new AEA Challenger that I’ve thought about stippling. The stock is super smooth and I really have to make sure to grab it tight to make sure I don’t drop it. I’ve never done any stippling before though, so it’s seems kind of daunting. Do you have any tips for a first timer other than doing a lot of practice on scrap wood, tools for the border and the stippling? Great work!
Yes I've done a few of this, I don't known why they try to hide the figure by staining the wood. Below is my R-10 I refinished last year, for oil finished stock, I use mineral spirit to soak for a while then use scrubbing pads then rinse again.

I got my 2 barrels yesterday for the throne, I cleaned the .22 barrel and installed it.

I took apart the U2 c and set the reg to 83bar to shoot 15.89gr at 800fps which will give me 90shots from 300b to 85b.

I removed the U2 600mm .177 barrel to take to my buddy to widen the throat on the breach for easier and smoother loading.

Also shot some iguanas, geese, and ducks

Finally got my target put together for the back yard. It's a box stuffed with cardboard about 2.5 feet thick.
I finally got that to work where the pellet does not all the way through , and smack that 1/2" plywood like you were hitting it with a hammer. The Royal Purple Purple Ice came in , and that was the last piece of the puzzle.
Now tomorrow I can finally get to shoot a PCP again ever since that damn Vevor compressor gave out .

Trying for the life of me to get the new Huma regulator with XXL plenum to seal properly in my Daystate Huntsman revere, I have polished all surfaces where o-rings make contact, I tested the reg in a reg tester to make sure it was leaking out the vent hole on the reg, I have used lots of silicone grease but still air slowly leaks out of the base of the air tube just in front of the reg gauge, there is a small groove cut into the threads of the valve housing threads to allow the reg to vent to the atmosphere and somehow air still leaks, I’ve contacted Huma and they are machining me and new plenum with a deeper o-ring groove where the base of the plenum is supposed to seal against the face of the valve housing as I suspect that is where the problem lies. This gun came with a huma reg with small spacer and that seals with no issue but this new reg with XXL plenum just keeps slowly leaking so we’ll see if the new plenum works, I’m very gracious to Huma-Air for the way they have responded to my issue very solid of them for doing that. Here’s some pictures of what I’m working with.

I'm thinking the base O-ring does not protrude enough to make a good seal. You could try a thicker diameter O-ring to see if it helps. Had to do this on a R. Lane plenum.

I did try a thicker o-ring with no luck, I think part of the problem is that the o-ring at the base of the plenum is the exact diameter of the valve stem retaining screw and sits right on the groove between the cap and the inner diameter of the valve housing, the spacer that originally came with the factory huma reg is an ever so slightly larger diameter and actually sits on the flat face of the valve housing and not a few millimeters inward where the valve stem retaining cap screws into the valve housing like it does with the XXL plenum.

I’ve got a revere 25 bought unregulated. I added the huma regulator and what I thought
was the large plenum. It’s been in and out of the gun a dozen times. A couple of times it’s
leaked and I’ve wiped grease off put new on and replaced successfully. But I do have a
question ? What is that plenum? It’s 1/4 of the tube about. Is there anything that will get
me more than 16 shots?

Found out over the last couple days my Throne gen 2 .22 not only had a bad barrel but also suffers from a really bad hammer bounce. There is a lot of preload before it's even cocked, on top of the hammer weighing 60grams and the spring being too weak for it. So, I am on the quest for a heavy spring that's a bit shorter to hopefully fix it.

I also have a leak coming from the valve as it is no longer closing.

My above post was in reference to this. Does a larger plenum decrease overall shot counts?
