A starling at 113yards with my .177 umarex gauntlet shooting 10.34gr jsb's. I love seeing that pellet arc, see the impact and hear the audible "crack". Dead calm mornings are perfect for some sky rat killin.
Testing the settings on my new MkII Continuum .25 with the GRS stock. I sure do love that stock! Great group for me at 61 yards, until I pulled the 5th shot. Always seems to be how it goes, and all on me. So it looks like my gun likes shooting the JSB 25.39's at about 950 fps (700mm barrel). I normally don't shoot them at this high a velocity, but who is going to argue?
I sighted in the new Fastfire 3 on my 2240. It works very well and it's more compact than the red dot that I had on it before. After I got it sighted in I shot these two groups off the bench at 15 yrds. The Crosman Pointed did a little better than the Crosman Hollow Points.
I have a nice set of walnut grips on the way for this pistol and then it will be complete.
Time for me to quit...........this morning early with my oldest and tuned HW95 put five shots under a dime at 50 yards. Did not pull even one shot. Yep time to quit. Grin!! Kit
S, " Some fun today with the Expo .177 QB58 Air 17" Good clean airgun fun right there indeed! Know the QB58, fired one at a Field Target match (naturally everyone brings everything airgun to shoot afterwards) that some obsessive professional shooter, tuner, machinist type had, really Very nice. Had an AIR17 for about 6 years & should have kept it. Not a pretty as yours but Never had a B.B. fired in it and it out shot me a 10m. Also in 6 years it never varied more than 2fps, ever.
Peskadot, Okay, what is it? Is that a thunb-up thumb-hole? Or just ???? Another picture or 2 please along with ... .
Shambozzie, Fun rig, nice shooting location too. Way back when the goodies were from CA and no one had an LDC (oh my) .
