Ok so when shot this was not even shooting 800fps lol. Have them going about 835fps now. Shoots lil better now

Took advantage of a nice calm Autumn evening and spent some more time getting aquainted with the new Maverick. FX + JSB 34g @ 906fps and 25g @ fps 884 pellets are spot on and close to the same POI at 50yds (I mean REALLY close). Neilsen 33.6 slugs are almost "there". Pushing them at 922fps. Going to bump them up to 940-950ish and see what happens - after I get my hands on a carbon fiber liner sleeve.

UPS dropped off a Weirauch HW95 Luxus today. My first springer. Took it to the range, experimented with different holds. I’m getting there. Just worked on 25 yards today. Watched some videos, one said 500 to 1,000 pellets for break in. Probably shot about 250 pellets. The last group was the 1” sticker below. I’ll get a couple nice ones and then a flyer or two.

Well another rainy day. Thank God for indoor ranges, pistols, low power springers and bb guns. It makes it so I can shoot every day.
Tonight after work did some chores and still had time to shoot one of my two Crosman 357 8. loaded up five 10 round cylinders. shot from 20 ft offhand.
