Hello gentlemen.
I was wondering if there was a specific term for these type of buttstocks for AEA MCAR and Edgun leishy 2 where the bottles are attached in reverse.

Also, are there any aftermarket buttstocks like these for other airgun models?

No there are no aftermarket ones. The airguns have to be designed from factory with them in mind so if it doesn't come from factory that way your likely out of luck unless you can make custom parts. Even then extremely unlikely.

There is a buttplate on eBay that is similar in function. A tube would be needed to mod a rear bottle gun (like an airforce) to similar to the L2.

I have not, that I recall, heard what the style of buttstock is called.
