Leshiy classic would be my vote and if on a smaller, tighter budget the pp700 with folding stock is regarded as the poor man's leshiy. I prefer the pp750 over the pp700 though.
My pp700sa which I recently sold was a solid little pester for me with hundreds of rat kills. Its only drawbacks? Single shot loading and flimsy folding stock. Otherwise a solid gun. @mmahoney, did a great write up on them which is why I purchased mine.
