Some slug and barrel combinations create that flight pattern. Either too much or too little twist rate and can be a harmonics issue as well. If it known it can be compensated for.

The wind is changing direction right at about where the iguana is sitting. Possibly just swirling a bit there. Look at the flowers. They're blowing to the right and right after the lizard at the water its blowing to the left. There isn't any voodoo here just a bit of bad luck (or good luck if you're an iguana)

Classic spiraling. That’s a lucky iguana. He got a zig exactly when he needed it. Next time make sure he gets a zag.

Good thing i pest with slugs not pellets. Lol, dang it is crazy windy on my hill, but i never had a pellet do that. Long range slugs and pellets do crazy things at times.

It really didn't move all that much. You can see the pellet is blowing to the right from the beginning of the clip. Once it got past the berm the wind off of the water pushed it. It didn't suddenly zig to the right and zag back left. It was a gradual zig to begin with.

The confidence on the lizard’s face is priceless. He has a Neo/Mr. Miyagi/Obi Wan vibe going on there. Dunno what happened. Maybe the gods are with that one…..
