folding stock hopefully will be here next week but I’m digging this look.
I know, it is cool, isn't it? But then again with a folding stock you have it on hand 24/7. I was thinking of getting that through New England Airguns.

that’s where I ordered the stock from, pretty reasonably price as I can’t find a cheaper way to put together the whole thing even though the stock included in the kit is super cheap and crappy. Have a nicer and lighter one in bound also from a different place.

That's what I was thinking. I like the folding but the stock I'm not impressed with. I was thinking of an Air Venturi stock from PA plus the New England Airguns folder and trashing(selling?) their unimpressive stock. There was another one from Amazon but ... I'm not sure yet. I just remember thinking there was nothing impressive about the stock that NE AG provides, which was a disappointment. I also wasn't impressed that their soft case for the P-rod required disassembly. Let us know what you decide to do. I thought I was going to LEAP ON !!! the opening date they had the conversion available, but have been spending too much money to do too much more leaping, so I'd love to see how you leaped and what you think about it!

Got to spend $1600 of my buddy’s money on parts to outfit his gun. Scope, mounts, scope covers, and almost every saber tactical add on you could add onto an impact. Took me about 20 minutes to do so, ha ha.

Reconfigured my dream-tac compact to dream-tac compact bottle. Tempted to get a 500mm barrel for it.

I got my Crossman 2240 from the Crossman custom shop. It’s basically stock except for I had them put on the steel breach and add a scope to it.And 10 inch barrel.Comes with the steel bolt handle also.I think it was $110 total.

USPS deliver the folding stock early, I’m shocked!!!
the adapter quality is excellent and very solid! A little harder to actuate than other folding adapters but the engagement is solid. The AR stock is cheap as expected but could be worse, my upgraded version is on the way so this would do for now. Over all quite happy with it, just a little heavier than expected.

So far I’m loving it! the extra weight near the stock helped balanced the sumo up front and it simply feels darn good as a carbine. Accuracy has greatly improved with the stock simply due to added stability and far more consistent cheek/eye position but I still suck at offhand shooting. however leaning against the wall I feel pretty confident about hitting a nickel at 20 yards.
here is a full shot string of around 18 shots, pretty happy with the performance shooting sub 1 cent Crosman pellets. Hades will be even better!

How are you finding the noise? My Koi is still so loud I find it surprising, especially when people say they are getting good results with smaller. But to me, my marauder pistol with Koi is still dang loud. Is your Sumo making you happy/is it backyard friendly? Because with the Koi, I'd need a damn small back yard. I think I might need to outgrow it/sell it.

the sumo makes it pretty quiet but at 800 FPS it’s not THAT quiet simply because I’m asking a lot out of the little 12 inch barrel. At 700 FPS with 7.3 grain pellets things get quieter, the sumo does a pretty good job even at 800 FPS. At 800 FPS or around 11 FPE I get a little muzzle blast or extra air coming out, think it’s happiest at around 750 FPS or lower. If I shoot hades at the same tune they fly around 700FPS and definitely quieter but still 11 FPE.

I'm just a beginner in this hobby and don't have a chrono yet. I just go by Pyramid's ad copy which says 700 fps max. Your 800 fps sounds like you made some adjustments. What did you do? I admit I'm a combination of ignorant and frankly a little intimidated at all the stuff I have to try to learn and coordinate in my head to even begin to stand close to the same level as what seems like the average AGN'er here, who knows all about ballistic coefficients, O-rings and where to get them and how to care for them from everything from guns to tanks to compressors, to MOA and MIL and scooby dooby doo ... LOL I came here from iron sight world, good God I must be old!
So what did you do to your marauder pistol to get it to 800 fps and how does it suit you? I've popped squirrels and had them flip over. And popped other squirrels and had them stare me down.
