What is the best Magnum Springer Air Rifle scope for under a $100?

I guess the best is any one mount and dont bust relatively quick..

Hammers has a magnum springer scope some like .

Scoping a springer is a crapshoot .. you buy , you try, and hope it dont make you cry

Edit..

Checked here to see if anything to look at and they got some scooes listed maybe to conciser

thank you.
So now its not that under $100 thing ? 🥴

If that utg swat at pa is 170$. Then may as well look at the athlon talos. Its held up under my springers easy no questions asked lifetime warranty .. hangs with a jackhammer gamo should hang with the rest..lol

So decide on a price point or durability.. still comes down to what i said . May last good on his mine or some other guys bit may bust on yours. Thats life and scoping a springer..

"Best" is subjective to the shooter...lol. Opinions and experience vary and the stories are here and on other forums, but many, myself included, have had good luck with the Hammers scope mentioned above. Mine has been on several higher powered springers and gas rammed rifles since I got it and so far, it's held up to all of them.
Hammers 3-9x40 AO scope, $70 on Amazon:

Hello everyone, I have a friend who just recently purchased a Ruger Air Magnum in .22 and he needs a scope badly, as his eyes aren't as young as they used to be. Any ideas? recommendations? or insight? Thank you, god bless!
Let me offer your friend other options.

1. get an anti-recoiling scope mount. There's a cheap Chinese version for $17 at Amazon. It will need to be modified/tweaked to hold zero (search this and other forums for modification info)

2. For a bit more money (time and modifications), turn that cheap anti-recoiling scope mount into an anti-recoiling riser, then pair that with an adjustable scope mount after you optically centered your scope. Post number 27.

3. I am assuming the Ruger wasn't tuned. If your fiend is handy, he should consider tuning the Ruger. I have no experience in tuning a Ruger. I don't know if the time and parts involved are worth this additional investment. The rationale is that a less violent and more linear recoil would be gentler on a scope's internals (don't know if this is true. Minimally, it'll make the rifle "feel" easier to shoot).

My 4th option was going to suggest you pair any scope with a green laser and use the laser as your primary aim point. But for a Magnum (hunting?) rifle like this, there may be too many negatives to go that route.

Whew.. good to see your on high ground. That Arkansas river looks to pert near bust over its banks..🤤
The water you see in that pic is some run off water from a nearby energy plant(ive been told) it just comes out of the ground a ways back in there...
Been having rain lately(that's about a week old pic or so)
But I go down there n see it all dried up usually after an hour or so after the rain.

Crosman included their CenterPoint scope (3-9x40) on the Benjamin Trail NP XL .22, it has performed well with impressive optics. Liked it so much I picked up a barely used one on eBay, for $50, to replace the CenterPoint 4 power (junk) scope that came with my Crosman F4 .177. WM
O! Yea I forgot I have a Centerpoint too; decent scope

🤷‍♂️idk what everyone is doing to break their scopes. Not a single one of mine have broken.🥴🤞🤞
Give them some time and what type of springer....many folks think anything above 12 ft lbs is a magnum.. Many dont appear to be broke, but wont maintain zero, or repeat there settings, and being a new shooter, these folks dont realize there scope is not functioning correctly. You might be one of those lucky few....

I have one of these 33mm piston Gamo in 22 cal and it has broken a few scopes already. Im not convinced any budget scope would survive on top of it lol.
