Answers that you get will be basically useless to you. What is the quietest silencer you have and on what gun?
Just when you begin to think you are paranoid is when you learn they really are out to get yaBrand new person, asking on moderators. A bit fishy to me. No location on their profile either. Even shadier.
This really is the most accurate answer. It's VERY application dependent.Answers that you get will be basically useless to you.
Depends on -
1 - Pellet / slug speed, (fps) .
2 - Barrel length.
3 - Pellet / slug diameter (caliber).
4 - The particular guns design that releases the air.
5 - The particular guns transfer port square inches.
And probably more that doesn't come to mind right now.
I have taken one design muffler that's fairly quiet on one rifle, put it on another rifle, and have it be almost uncomfortably loud !!
Go figure that one.

Agreed,I have a Hugget on my Wolverine .303. Very quiet, the hammer makes more noise hitting the valve than the actual shot.
