What is your favorite caliber

.22 also for overall versatility. Sub 12fpe-80+fpe with tons of pellet and slug choices. Easier to shoot usually as most normal powered ones have very very little recoil and also quieter. Pellets are cheaper and with NSAs high speed slugs are getting close to .25 pellet prices.

My needs I plan to have 3 setups:

-.22 Kral Puncher Jumbo shooting in the 15-20fpe level with CPHPs or Hades

-.22 AAA EVOL Tac shooting in the 30fpe level with Hades or JSB 18gr

.22 JSAR Raptor Mini shooting in the 45-50fpe level with Monster Redesigns or NSA slugs

After the stellar performance I've experienced in my unregulated Huntsman .177 for informal target, rabbits, squirrels, sparrows, (many of these pests haven fallen with the Huntsmen) I'm all in on .177. Only had experience with Springers in .177 in the past. I have three .25's, wish one or two were .177 instead, considering Bantam Sniper in .177! All calibers have there place, I just learned I enjoy shooting the .177 as much as the other calibers!

Same here hard to go back to the smaller calibers after shooting .25 and .30

Yes, I guess if you’re hunting, for plinking, it seems a little pricey and you need a big yard to safely shoot those bigger caliber PCPs. My .22 PCP can take pests up to woodchuck size easily. Any critter bigger than that I’ll break out my .22 rimfire. I got into PCPs to shoot at power levels below the .22 rimfire. Some get into PCPs to get closer to .22 rimfire energy levels, it’s all good.

Agree totally. I shoot pellet guns because they are quieter, more economical and safer than rimfires in more built-up areas. I have a variety of rifles/calibers for different uses; If I had to choose just one (heaven forbid!) it would be my .22 HW100FSB as it can cover all the bases expediently. Gotta love airguns - I have permission to hunt several properties that don't allow powder burners for noise and safety reasons.
