Hello @Ranchibi

This little Pistol has turned into quite the shooter with these AA 13.43gr pellets. The JSB were doing OK but not as well as the AA. I have now shot over 1,000 rounds with about 500 JSB and some mix, plus just over 500 of the AA's, so I feel the barrel is well seasoned. Remember I also polished the heck out of the barrel when I first assembled it and I did a good bore cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I believe all of these things combined are now why it is shooting so good. I still have a little bit of work to do on the trigger but I just don't want to take the time away from shooting it :D

Thomas, like you I enjoy the journey and steps to get to the desired end even if it doesn't always turn out as planned! But when it leads to something like the accuracy you are achieving with that pistol, that is special!

Hello @rsfrid

Oh come on now, every shot is within the "Ring", how can you be unhappy about that .
That is some fine shooting (y)(y)(y)

Today, it was group shooting. HW44 .177cal with Baracuda FT 9.57 at 7yds. MOA at 7 yds is .07” so the bottom 2 which were not one hole groups are still 1/3rd MOA. Watching Steve at AEAC shooting the HW44 177 cal, he did best with Baracuda FT 9.57 with a .21” group at 25 yards. So this is a keeper combo for me.

Hello everyone,

Even though this Pistol is Regulated it only has a 50cc air cylinder and to be able to get 30 plus shots useable on one fill is pretty good. On the last four shots the pressure gauge was in the yellow and those shots were a bit off. I had shot two times at a warm up target and the one sighter shot on this target.

Nice job deputy. If I were you, I'd give up the red dot and stick with the scope. Darned near perect and you really drilled a few of those dead center!

Hello @rsfrid

Well I have the Red Dot on my Bandit .177 cal and that is where it will stay. I enjoy the challenge of shooting Squirrels too much to completely give up on the Red Dot. However, I do agree with you on keeping the BugBuster scope on the Custom :D

And for something different for me — my toughest target card. Must at least touch tiny center circle for a ten. Not sure about Xs. A few of these hits needed scoring plug, but I touched every 10 ring (double checked number 8).

HW44 .177 cal unregulated
Baracuda FT 9.57 unsorted
Pumped up to 190 bar, then 10 shots before pumping again to keep shot string consistent
7 yards bench rested with tripod and jack stand

Tested some pellets in my Vixen compact. This tiny gun gets 140+ shots per fill at its present (de)tune.

Hello @igolfat8

Looks like that little gun likes most of that ammo. Some of the 3's, 4's and even 5's probably are a bit better than that one score. However, those AA's do look pretty good. That is some good shooting on your part (y)
