What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

What do you guys like for an adjustable rest? I just have a Caldwell bag and a suede sand bag I use under the butt. Sometimes the FWB 300 with the wide fore end tends to twist and not stay put through the shot on the Caldwell big bag. Thought maybe I’d try something different. Thanks. View attachment 537639

Good shooting @TheAirgunnero . Why are you shooting like its a timed race? N-50 gives you 20 minutes.
Thanks Tim. Shooting fast is part of my training because we have speed shoot events using “swing type” PCPs. It also helps me develop muscle memory for my trigger finger and hold. It comes in handy especially when there’s a lull in the wind.

I am there too, the only difference is that my rest is in the house, but I keep shooting off the bag!
I have two. For precision shooting I purchased a Caldwell Rock.

It has, "while you aim", elevation and windage adjustments.

The "locator" that's pointing down in the pic can be set as a stop for repeatable position.
I was inspired by Stan, (beerthief) rest, which I prefer over the Caldwell. Stans is a Protector. They make the same type of products as Caldwell, but much nicer Quality.

I also have a Caldwell turret which is great for shooting on the move. It's slightly clumsy with long magazine guns, but it does work. It is also useful for clamping your gun while cleaning it or working on scopes etc.

I use a bipod in the front because it’s cant adjustable and removes all torque in the rifle. Then I use a mechanical rest in the rear that I assembled from parts bought from AliExpress. It adjusts the elevation and windage.
