What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

FWB 300S@46 feet. Why do I still find myself looking for other rifles 🤪

Forgot to take pictures but i did a couple of tin dumps into paper targets at 75 M, and shredded them real good.
Tin dump = 30 or so shots.

My best moment though, at 100 Yards, nicking a white power wire ( 3 strand and i assume 18 - 20 AWG ) on a dehumidifier, then nicking the wire in the exact same place just on the other side of it, and then 3 shot just cut the wire in the same place.
My snowpeak M30 shooting friend was mighty impressed, so i said i can do that again, and so with my 4 shot i cut the wire 100 mm above where i had just cut it.

And that’s when i swung around in the chair, took my now really warm Cocio on the shed stove and just leaned back in the office chair with a big smile on my face.

As usual lately shooting 13 gr Zan slugs.

Fair warning, cold or hot, this is addictive stuff.
When its -5 deg C outside and +12 in the shed, it is really nice in the warm edition.

Five tries and now I’m hitting on the first or second shot. But just clipping. I am going to switch to the 1701p with a scope. Full cut is so hard to do.

You might try a different method to hold the cards. You might be getting too much deflection resulting in your partial shear.

I gave up on the red dot on my 22 cal HW44. Even tho it was a top notch instrument, it wasn't conducive to my current style shooting. So I switched to 3-12 power BugBuster and tested a couple favorite 18 grain pellets for groups. The Baracuda Hunter aren't nearly as consistent as the Baracuda 18s, but do very well. They are great squirrel getters and make nice clean holes in paper. The Baracuda 18s are predictably accurate in groups with one hole groups at same settings as the Hunters. Not sure if head size had anything to do with size of groups.
