What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

Hello everyone,

Well it finally stopped raining long enough for me to shoot the second Full Card 25-Yard MOA target. This time shooting the JST Dead Center 18gr and it scored exactly like the AA Heavy except there was one flyer on #4.

Thomas, another excellent card and it's nice to see your barrel being non pellet picky!

Hello @Ranchibi

You know we want all "hits" on the MOA circle, but if you look most of the "misses" are really close. However still a miss shooting a paper target but that is a dead squirrel at 25-yards, times 30 :ROFLMAO: .

Hello @manabeknives

Sometimes it just takes time ...... , hang in there Mike you will find the "perfect pellet" 😇

i think the most positive experience i can get from using these current MRD's( they are terrible) is not letting my last shot affect the next. I am starting to get used to Head-scratching errors and able to get to the next shot without dwelling on "how did that happen?" In a match, i tend to do this. And there are a lot of those moments when shooting these. i got to take away something positive from this.

Hello everyone,

OK, I shot the last two “re-shoot” pellets on a Full 25-Yard MOA target this morning. These scored very close to the original 10-shot test. The Sniper definitely does not like the H&N Baracuda 18gr, however it did shoot the heavier JTS 21.53gr pellet fairly well. None of the pellets that I re-tested shot as well as the JSB Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr, so I need to spend a bit more time trying to fine tune the rifle to shoot the JSB.

WoW ,,,the "near-centers" are better than the barracudas in your rifle..that is interesting! Do you think it is the quality of the pellet, or the weight that is making the difference?
I really do not need to buy more pellets, but i am scratching barracudas off the list
Great shots Thomas

Hello everyone,

Great shooting conditions early this morning before the sun rises above the trees. I figured that I had better shoot some paper targets before the winds get to blowing too much so I set some targets out at 25-yards. Shot a few times at a warm up target and the Sniper XR was shooting so good that I decided to shoot an 8 by 8 Competition target.

"before the sun rises above the trees." unimaginably early !

Hello everyone,

My last card for the morning is shooting the ole Bad JSB Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr right out of the Tin. Couple of the skirts were missing a small area and a lot were deformed and yet I scored a Perfect 30-Count  ? What can I say, the Sniper XR likes JSB pellets 😁o_O:p
