What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

@Florida_Man , What scoring app is that? Does it draw the mean circle or do you do that? Does it work on any target?
It draws the cirtcle in the app. I'm still learning it. Sometimes it takes a few photos to read it correctly, you have to changes angles a little.

Hello everyone,

Thunder storm for the past 3 days and today clear but crazy high winds. So the 25-yard flag looks like a propeller and that told me to set up on the 10-Meter range. I’m smoking a 14-pound Brisket and the wind at times sucks the smoke down the stack and out of the firebox door  :(:rolleyes:.

10-Meter flag all over the place, but I was still able to take my time and shoot a good paper target.

Range: Outdoor 10 - Meters
Rifle: Brocock Sniper XR .22 caliber
Scope: Athlon Argos BTR Gen2 10-40x56
Pellets: JSB Jumbo Heavy 18.13gr
FPS: 834
FPE: 28
Wind: 15 to 25 mph

Thomas! Fantastic shooting in gale force smoking brisket conditions! I do hope your brisket comes out SCRUMPTIOUS!

I think your target would look very similar at 25 yards ..You've got that rifle shooting like a part of you.
I kidded @Ranchibi about showing off his BBQ on your thread, but now ...SHOW THE BRISKET!! LOL

Mike! For you.....🙏🤗. I cut my brisket in half and smoked both and this is one part.

Hello @manabeknives

OK Mike it will have to be tomorrow. I smoked it for 8 hours in my big aluminum vertical smoker and when it stalled at 174 degrees I wrapped it tight in two layers of aluminum foil and put it back in the smoker until it reached 205 degrees. Still tightly wrapped in foil I removed it from the smoker and put it in a chest cooler to "rest" until around 2:am in the morning. I will take some photos in the morning when I prepare to start slicing it :p😋.

Thomas! I also do the Texas style brisket and when it "stalls" take it out and wrap in foil or butcher paper till finished between 195-205 then wrap in more foil and a towel then into a dry cooler for 2 hours to rest! Ha...all great minds think alike....😂👍

Hello everyone,

OK Mike @manabeknives here are couple of photos that you requested. 1) Took the Brisket out of the chest at 1:55am, and the internal temperature was 137.1. Still way too warm to slice but so you could see the inside I cut it open at the mid point. Take a look at that smoke ring, that is 14-pounds of pure beef smoking for 8 hours of pure flavor 😋

I've been fighting the wind for a while. I did manage a few good groups but I had to wait on the wind to calm somewhat.

I had a ok group at 50y w a Maverick and 25.4g pellets. Took a picture at 3 shots because I new I would blow the last 2 . Lol
All at 50 yards.

And some..177 crossman premier CPHPs at 30 yards. My airgun is set for 10.3-10.5s but is also accurate w the crossmans just hits a tad higher. They must be cooking. And also dealing with wind . But didn't leave frustrated for the conditions.

Hello everyone,

OK finally a perfect day for shooting some paper targets after a week of really bad weather. Wind only 2 to 5 so I set up on the 25-yard range and had a great time having the pellet go where I aimed it.

I shot my CZ200 Hunter 177 Atomics, BRK Concept lite 18gr FX, and center bottom is the bullshark 177 Knockouts 10gr mk3

Shooting from my window out 18y to under my feeder.

Just looking for pesting accuracy. I was making some adjustments to the scopes. I had to remove the scope yesterday on the CZ200 and reinstall. The Concept Lite got a DonnyFl qd mount and that changed poi a little. Bullshark is trying out Mk3’s, I was shooting the originals

Edit: If you count starting at top left this is what I shot
1. CZ200 initial shots after remounting scope. 2 shots
2. CZ 200 a few clicks of windage 5 shots i think
3. Concept Lite full power on TP 2 shots
4. Concept Lite full power on TP 2 shots
5. Concept Lite full power on TP adjusted scope 2 shots
6. Concept Lite lowest power on TP holding over 1 shot
7. Concept Lite lowest power on TP holding over 2 shot
8 Concept Lite lowest power on TP holding over 1 shot
9.Concept Lite lowest power on TP holding over 2 shot
11. Stoeger Bullshark 177. 4 shots at right of bullseye is prior to adjusting windage, 4 on the left of the bull are after correction. I clicked back, but those shots were on my steel rat.
