What Paper Target Did You Shoot Today

I did neither the tape mod nor the trigger work on mine and it's still very good.

Strangely, the trigger on the Model 25 BB rifle feels smoother and lighter than the one on my 880. Just in case you want to indulge in another $60 sleeper. 😉 I love mine. You can load up to 50 BBs in the shot tube and just one pump/cock allows a quick successive shot.
I grew up with a Daisy 25 . Either they are still making them OR they made a heck of an inventory back then .

As usual shooting all manners of stuff, from soft paper to steel.

But packing up today we had a little chit chat in the shed before i went home, also a good time to admire the 75 M paper i did a tindump into yesterday in less than favorable conditions.
2 of the holes was there when i started to hammer the black dot, so i highlighted those for viewer comfort, but yeah i did also have a few misses.

As usual slinging 13 gr Zan slugs.

Best shots though, early today when wind was almost 0, in a heated shot shed with heat haze in the scope, cutting little pieces of a 3 mm zip tie at 118 M felt pretty darn good, not in every shot of course i feel it is the ragged edge of .177, well at least slinging little 13 grain slugs.
Awesome shooting

Shot a few N50 practice targets with my Thomas HPX @50Y. I had a couple bad wind calls but decent cards. This is only the second time I’ve shot outdoors this year.

Well I changed things up a little today. I got inspired by a thread on the traditional forum to put the diopter sights back on the FWB 300 S. Here’s 5 at 46’. I then decided to put the scope that was on the 300S on my RWS 45. I thought I’d try some Sig pellets. They are available locally and were not too pricey although I don’t remember exactly how much they were. Here’s 5 from 46’. Not that bad I didn’t think.
