Waiting for day light to shot this two, it's a warm morning for autumn so I can shot CO2's.

Found out what the problem is with the trigger, the sear has either been re-profiled or has worn through the case hardened surface, meaning that the hammer is gouging steps into the edge of the sear making the feel of the trigger rough and notchy.Proper session with the 157 at 10m today, single arm hold. Trigger is rough and sometimes heavy, then sometimes not so heavy.
Still had a great blast with it though.

I gave the HW44 the edge simply because much better scope mounting and better ergo. The down side is aligning the magazine, some times have to fiddle with it and also not as easy to remove the moderator. Price is a few hundred more also. The biggest issue I have with the Manul is the cocking lever motion is up so it limits your option for optics. Be aware also the mod adapter is M14x1.25 mm, I have to modify one of my stormrider mod for it. It's very quite thou.I have a question for you owners of HW 44 and Manul, Which one you like best and why??
just getting ready if my 3ed Reximex pistol leaks air... oops I just seen where PA does not carry the Manul and it looks like a smaller gun than the HW 44 ??
+ 1 for the Manul if smaller..
Thanks
Mike
Have a PP700-SA, a mighty fine gun! Haven't tried a PP750, looks like you added a shroud to yours.I am going on my 3ed Reximex Pistol, 1st one leaked, sent it back, 2nd one also leaks, I am sending it back for my 3ed Rex pistol, So glad I bought from PA there return is so easy, I am going to ask it the tecs can air this one up and wait 24 hours before sending , I hope so because I am going to give up on the Rex if the 3ed one leaks,, I cant see a leak or hear a leak , I air them up and there setting on zero air the next morning ,,,
Oh, I shot my 22 PP 750 today, I don't like the right hand cocking handle , But a accurate gun for sure at killing cans, and pill bottles.View attachment 517114

Rake a file across the hardened surface. If it’s truly hardened then the file will glide over it with nary a scratchFound out what the problem is with the trigger, the sear has either been re-profiled or has worn through the case hardened surface, meaning that the hammer is gouging steps into the edge of the sear making the feel of the trigger rough and notchy.
After re-shaping it, I have attempted to re-harden it by heating the edge to red heat and quenching it in oil. Only time will tell, but early indications are promising.
PCP Diana Bandit Black. This gun, with the plastic grip and detachable stock , has been available in Europe for a while. Now available here in the states. Is that a PCP gun or a co2 gun, You never said???
I've had mine for over 2 years now, the stock was not comfortable so I reshaped the grip to fit my hands better. I also have altarus regulator on it now, but I will bottle this for winter project to have more shots.PCP Diana Bandit Black. The motor is 1957 panhead with a 4 5/8" stroker crank for 1450 cc, I put a revtech 6 speed box on it. Another winter project to do a dry primary drive, lol.And I like that old Harley … what year is it? Looks like iron cylinders?
