Only shot for a short time today as it was rather warm and my HW50S and HW30S in .20 caliber only got a short work out. Charles

Love the muzzle end on the 87. Crow
Nice shooting, practice , practice. CrowI was testing pellet specs with the TX200. I was using 5 shot groups. I have been shooting AA Field Heavies 10.3 in 4.52mm for some time. However the last couple of batches have seemed less consistent. The weights are consistent but the size has been less so. I tried weight sorted, weight sorted and lubed, and weight sorted and head sized. The weight sorted and head sized were far more consistent at 50 feet 16.6 yards) than other options last night. The "old" batch of weight sorted and lubed I use to check things against were the only other batch that was in the game. Other than the "old" all the rest are from the same lot.

Your gun makes me weak in the knee. Most desired gun. I really like what you did to yours. Hopefully one day. Enjoy. CrowGot out the HW98 in .20cal, ARH kit, vortek seal tuned by mycapt65. What a great gun, extremely accurate.View attachment 375101View attachment 375103

I would go with peep like I did:Quick zero with HW35E at 10M now that MB is gone and sights re-installed. Remounted scope. Some barrel droop, will have to shim or go to adjustable mount. Save that for later. Was too hot and humid to do any more.

Maybe. Have a peep sighted Diana 34 and love it. Possible this gun ends up with a fancy diopter. But anything but the stock irons you still have to deal with barrel droop.
The Hawke arrived today. I got it mounted on the Ruger and will zero it tomorrow at the range. It looks promising. I will advise how it goes.I was able to work on the zero with the new scope mount. I got it close at 15 yards inside and then moved to the outdoor 25 yard range. My first three shot group was about 4 inches high, so I came down 64 clicks. The next group was mostly centered around the aiming point but disappointing at about 2 1/2 inches. I am still thinking the scope is part of the problem. I am still waiting for shipping confirmation for the Hawke scope so I can start all over again.
Awesome pic. CrowJust finished evenings chores, fed the horse and shot My new old stock Marksman 740 youth break barrell.

Wonder if you could heat gently with a heat gun and remove?Went to doctors for check. He asked for urine, blood and stool samples. I just gave him my shorts!
On way home AGS had a road block and I picked up 2 Air Max’s, 3x9 and 4x12.
