What springer did you shoot today?

Got a chance to blow some lead through the Diana 350.

This gun has been nothing but hard hitting with superb accuracy. And it hasn’t fallen apart. Great rifle. Crow

Shot the M1A this morning. Shoots well with the Crosman Premier 14.3gr domed. Plinking beer cans at 30-40yds offhand is great fun. It was 30 F and sunny with no wind when I started. Then the temp dropped 10 degrees, sun went away, and it started snowing. So I finished up my session indoors with the 499B at 10m. What a fun little rifle.

Your M1A looks awesome.
You have more cold coming your way dropped to 24 and windy now. Crow

Got a little time with the .177 Diana 45 today. Someone next door emailed me yesterday and they asked about its accuracy. Attached answers that question. Thats at 20 yards off my knee. The 2 low left were me dialing sight in. The next 5 were in a row after adjusting and the low shot in the bull was me, not the gun. Very unique, believe this was the only Diana gun with this trigger, and the internals and the way the trigger is attached to the stock are very different. I really like this gun. Don’t hear much about them, has turned out to be a hidden gem. I like my Diana 34 a lot and I might prefer this. Recoil pad has hardened and cracked which is apparently fairly common. Gotta love leather seals because they don’t ha ha. Averaging 820 FPS with AA 8.4 so seems to be very healthy.

If there ever was an “ugly duckling” of a gun this HW90 .25 is it. My first Wiehrauch. Ironically the only thing I liked about the gun was the looks. View attachment 410683Now this beast is on my favorite list. What an awesome gun. Crow
What power/speed/pellet does the rifle like? I’m thinking a .25 cal thumper could be nice. Thanks!

I have mostly Hawke Air Max which work nicely. I prefer the side wheel adjustment. I find when turning the turrets for up-down, left-right are so soft you almost have to be a safe cracker to feel or hear the clicks.
I also use this scope by Element which is also springer rated.

I’ve been favouring these. I can hear and feel the clicks and they have side focus.Crow
