Great idea! I really like it. It stops the wind. But it hasn’t been cold yet.
I have heavy duty sewing machines used for leather goal equipment. I’m going to get a cover made from the blanket to fit the table top and extend on right side. I like the fact of the table top is cloth instead of plastic. Rounds don’t roll around. Crow

wind is not my friend today . wind out of the SSE across the lake and up the cliff up and across my range till it tops the hill 10 to 15 MPH across and up .
Other than the wind it is nice @ 60 degrees .
I can take the cold. But not if there’s a wind. A wind from the North is my enemy. But I can drop the blind to stop wind. Crow

Spent several hours modifying targets. Crow

This gun is habit forming ! i shoot my 300 most days along with what ever other gun im shooting today it was the twins FWB124's
Nice! Those 124s are nice. I’m looking to get a hunting springer. I saw the new FWB sport. I was also leaning towards an HW 77 or 97. Or an Air Arms pro sport or TX200. Decisions …

Those are all heavy rifles for toting through the woods hunting. I'm thinking a Hw50 would probably be a better choice for a squirrel rifle.

77/97 is the same guts , i would take the 77 long over the 97 (i have both ) I don't have any experience with the pro sport but i have 2 TX200 and i am keeping both for now . , i think the pro sport is the lightest weight IF that makes any difference to you

No pic’s today. I was shooting my 22 cal LGV Ultra Challenger and it or me were all over the shop at 25 metres. It’s the first time I’ve shot one of my air rifles in a few weeks. Been too busy what with she who must be obeyed and I fishing in our tinnie and doing some beach driving.
I will try tomorrow as it was a cool 36 degrees Celsius today and I noticed a few drops of sweat on my rifle and me 🥵.
Anyway tomorrow is another day. The fat fella in red isn’t far away.
Gary

this AM @ 7 it was 26 degrees out (that would be head to toe snowmobile suit weather here) now it is 54 and sunny ,time to go out and shoot some .
35 yrs. up here. Never saw any weather, ever, close to this year. We’re doomed. Crow

What gun is that?
I ’m not familiar with older rifles, but like to check them out. Crow
FWB 300S today. Shoots AA 8.4 and 7.33 very well but wanted to try the AA 7.87. 10M F&R bags, shouldered. Cold bore, first 5 shots. She ain’t much to look at, at the moment, but boy does she shoot. Love this gun.

Well so far we've been lucky to have low 50's late afternoon here on the east coast.
So today I finally started practicing with my prosport shooting off of cross sticks and a little stool as I will in HFT, which is why I bought the rifle in the first place. I only have about an hour each afternoon before it's too dark.
Target is at 40 yards, and I'm using 1.0" red stick on dots I bought from amazon, just stick on a piece of scrap printer paper.
Last group number 4 was the best, it just kept going in the same spot..lol. Almost no wind today.
Here's my view off the sticks, white target paper seen at the base of the tree. The parallax isn't adjusted yet.

Here the view from where I'm seated, with my little heater close by.

Here's the target after I'm done today. It actually grouped pretty good for off the sticks compared to shooting from the bench.
