What springer did you shoot today?

I shot my first five shots, and five shot group at 30 yards with the new HW35, .22cal JSB 13.43s, with open sights.

Great idea. Crow

Would brass work?
Maybe work for a while, I don't think that's the way to go. Bronze would be better, but it's so thin, not but .001 thicker than a human hair..lol.
I'm going to lube mine up and shoot it. I think I saw in the past some tuner bored a recess in the breech block and used a thick bronze washer, like .100 thick. But like I said, I'm going to lube mine and shoot it, I don't think I can wear it out.

Sight adjustment made very little difference.
Five more with one click right and three clicks down.

Nice addition to the family. How does it feel power wise compared to the others? Weaver used to have a scope that would match the stainless look of your receiver.

I wish I had 35 yards to work with. I live in Yuppieville. Indoors until spring. When we spend weekends at our property with our RV.

That 35 is a looker! I may need to add that to my list too😂

I have only shot 30 yards so far, but it hits with a whack. I shot an aluminum can expecting a good reaction (NO) just made a hole through it. Lol
I did get a can to give a good reaction when I laid it on the shelf and shot the bottom. 👍
Shot shells disappeared. Stans spinners spun a couple turns when hit. All that was after I put the scope on it. BTW. 😃

Stans spinners and the rat. None of this stuff is near this easy to see anymore. My backstop needs maintenance. 👍
