What springer did you shoot today?

Morning shoot while snowing. Started off with a Pro Sport .177. Great rifle. Only problem was loading, dropped a lot.View attachment 532343This next gun is a chameleon. I was reaching for 97 .22 and that’s what I thought I had, but it was a 77k .25. What a gun. I’m going to shatter my record for cutting a can in half. This gun will do it. Has a TbT spring and a Vortek piston seal. Hall of fame stuff. Still has a buzz in it. But the accuracy gives you bragging rights. Wicked day of shooting.View attachment 532346Have a 95 .25 cal. on order for half a year soon. Can’t wait for that one. Crow
So it's safe to say the 25cal is your favorite one to shoot. 🤔

Plinking at 45’ in the basement with the HW35. This Wyze camera is great for making peep adjustments.
This one tried to get away.

The midair pic. Lol.

I finally got my scope sorted for the HW 35. Went with the 30mm high rings and the long adapter. I tried the two smaller adapters with the medium 1 inch rings but they were a no go, lasted less then 10 shots and were going backwards fast, no stop pin. And with the little bump that the Athlon scopes have on the underside, the medium height 1 inch rings wouldn't fit with the long adapter.. Anyways, I did a lot of switching stuff around. Unfortunately, trial and error seems to be my fate. Learned a bit about Burris rings, too. Cheers!

Where did you find the 5, 10, 20 offset inserts for the 30mm zee rings?

Amazon has the 1" inserts in packs...Couldnt find the 30mm. But the inserts you get with the scope usually can get you by. Can always contact Burris.....
I have two complete sets of the 1" inserts. Was thinking of trying the 30mm rings, but I couldn't find the inserts. They come 0's which will not help me. I need the 5,10,20 inserts.

Shot my newest acquisition an HW30 in 177 and I can’t get enough of this rifle. I have an HW95, HW35 and a Diana 34 but for the basement range I much prefer the light weight and soft shooting 30. Had I been able to handle one I am sure I would have owned it years ago. I always thought they had shorter butt stocks.

If your wondering, I mounted a Tech-sight.

Shoot my NTM (new to me) 77 today at 25 yards. A bit of twang and 12fpe. The 66R Blue Ribbon scope zeroed with no problems but I'm not liking that you turn the whole eye piece to adjust magnification. The focus adjustments sometimes loosens when increasing the magnification. It may be up for sale soon. Maybe on a R8 lol.

It still felt good to shoot for a little bit today. It's 40F and cloudy today but felt colder to me so I quit early.

Be well.

Out early in morning. 27F but sunny. Had to undo jacket, over dressed. Shot a K98 .22. Masterpiece. I’m leatal with this gun.View attachment 532568And my first 97 in .22 cal. Déjà vu. Shot this gun a lot 5-6 years ago and probably to be sold soon. Great gun. View attachment 532571Perfect day for shooting. Crow
Is that K 98 a springer or a PCP? I see they make both. I think I may be interested in a springer.

Been in the shop milling out A sub base to mount the Randolph Rest adjustable top onto the new Seb 250 light weight rest with joy stick. works great. Though will need to b put a cross bar 10 c/c on front of rest .Wants to pivot when using a side cocker...slow but sure.
