Nice score. 18 bar is the magic number on the gauge, for me. CrowRECEIVED: HW 90 in 20 cal. Two sleeves of 5 tins of barracudas, sports match rings, and the gauge and fittings to adjust the gas ram. AND an Optics Planet box: Hawke Airmax ,1" tube 3-9x40mm. 1/4 min. adjustments. Will assemble and try to shoot in tomorrow. Have to adjust the 25 and 20 both with the gauge setup. Have tried for a couple of years to get the gauge. Be Well Brothers, dito.
Nice guns. The 35 catches my eye and that 70.I shot 3 rounds of Crazy Eights this evening, with three Weihrauch's, the HW95n, HW35e, and HW97k. I pulled out HW30 but it had no scope on it so I couldn't shoot it.
I look forward to a day when I plan to shoot all my Weihrauch's in one shoot.

I like mixing up the guns when shooting. Crow
Oh oh,No shooting for 2 days. Plowed snow yesterday and got dumped on again over night, almost a foot. Nasty winds. Broke my winch. Not a good day. Crow
You have snow i have rain , all day .After playing in the snow for 3 days I finally got a chance to shoot. First up a HW90 .25. Set at 18 bar and lethal.View attachment 533939We getting so much snow all at once that some of my hanging targets are getting buried.View attachment 533940Still have to dig my way to the targets.
Last gun shot a gem, a Beeman R9 .20 cal. View attachment 533941Great to be back on range. Crow
They sure sound different, when jacking and firing.Gas rams are going to be fun. I think I have one in 177, 20, 22, and 25. Tinkered with the HW 90s in 20 and 25 today making sure of the pressure settings. Went to 18 on one and 19 on the other. The 20 cal HW90 was set for me by AOA. It was good to get the gauge as the setting on the 25 cal was over 26 Bar. One could cock it with the HW moderator as it gives a lot of extra leverage. But It is great now. Will have to get them sighted in now. Before I wasn't serious enough as I had hopes I could source the gauge. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.
Nice! Which Sightron do you have on it?I posted this gun before, but since its stay with @Nitrocrushr it’s a different gun. In addition to the Tony Leach 22mm piston kit and other little upgrades, Steve found and resolved a couple of issues and now it’s sweetly snapping 8.44s at 11ish fpe.

It’s the 3-16x42 on BKL mounts. The rifle came with a Hawke Sidewinder on the BKLs.Nice! Which Sightron do you have on it?
Nice. I have two of those SII 4-16-42 mill dot. I also always use a stop pin in the rear ring. It’s the 3-16x42 on BKL mounts. The rifle came with a Hawke Sidewinder on the BKLs.
One issue Steve found was the scope wasn’t holding POA perfectly and testing with his scope/rings fixed it. When I got it back and went to mount the Sightron I also discovered bluing wear on the front section of the dovetail. So the root cause is likely the front dovetail clamp being loose. With BKLs that’s easy to do. When I mounted the Sightron I noticed the dovetail fit was really loose. So I did the thing where I used the BKL clamping screws to bend the dovetail portion together far enough that it required the jacking screw to open it up enough to fit onto the dovetail. Now the BKL clamps naturally grip the dovetail and the screws only add to the grip.
There were a couple of other things that Steve resolved that are perhaps more subtle and maybe not a factory issue but essential for peak performance.
