What springer did you shoot today?

Just found an old (07-07) RWS Diana T 05 which I didn't know I had stashed away. I got it out, put a scope on it and was amazed at the trigger. I have not really paid much attention to springers in past. Big mistake on my part. I am shooting it in my shop at about 20 feet into a Detroit Bullet Trap which is probably older than me. The guy I got it from used to shoot a .32 automatic into it in his basement in Detroit. I don't even know if this product is still made, though I doubt it.

Shot my newer R7 Beeman, i'm a nubie. Have a UTG 3X9 40 (I think), red lighted crosshairs. It was at dusk, losing the light and the red crosshairs kept me shooting for another 20 minutes or so before lights out. thx
Put flashlight or plug in light down in front of the target and you can keep on shooting.

Yes. That is the reason I ordered an Athelon scope for my new plnker. The Element's didn't have IR.
My backstop is black and the targets are painted white. It gets to the point that all you can see is the X on the target, if you can get it on target.

I have a Helos 6X24X50 ffp on my FX Crown with IR that works well.
I was also interested in a smaller size and weight than the 6X24X50s.

Shooting in heavy variable winds today.
I shot more misses than hits, but was very happy with the results. Some good compensation and some lousy, but the wind kept switching at the drop of a hat. Fun though! 👍

I'll be glad when I get my 97K back together. You're 95 looks killer.

Stock refinish. Already went thru the internals and buttoned the piston and compression tube, as well as blued the compression tube. Nothing factory on mine any more..lol.
I remember. How is the finish going?
I did a Marlin that I think was Beachwood. It was white, white. I stained it with a dark stain then rubbed it off and put a Tru Oil finish on it. The stain darkened the grain and left wood light. The finish is twenty+ years old now.

Waiting on the polyurethane to cure.
