I live near the high desert so there's a lot of prairie grass and sage brush where I go shooting. I have a roll of camo wrap for the scope and action if I take it hunting.

In southern Idaho at Bruneau Sand Dunes there are scorpions. Small sun spiders (camel spiders) are also there.

This morning shot a beauty, Walther LGU Varmint .22 
as well the HW80 Black .22 cal. It destroyed cans.
After lunch was my HW95 .177, with the TBT kit. It settled down and it performed like an encore performance. I was able to disect the cans. Really happy with this tune. She buzzed at first but settled down.
This is my keeper. HW77 .25. just installed a TBT kit in as well, with more grease. Still bit of a buzz. but so accurate. 
Big change to a HW30 .22 cal. I swear there’s a genie inside this gun. “Your hit is my command” It’s that accurate.
Last before supper a Weihrauch Barakuda .22. 
This gun is deadly. Easily hitting a bean can at 30 yds. Crow
Might have to turn on the lites tonight.

You can’t beat a Prosport with a club. Sweet gun. I have a Vortek reg. power spring in my .177. I’m going to put in a 12 FPE spring in. Has to be a superb combination. Crow

I put the 95n away again as it started grinding on the cocking stroke again.
I pulled out the 97 and was checking it on paper before plinking and pulled off an impossible shot.
The first was 1/2" right of the bull, # 2 was 1/2" low left at 7:30, #3 was 1/2" straight left.
Here's where it gets crazy.
#4, 5, and 6, punched out the first three holes.
I busted out laughing, and had to stop and share

Can always count on the 97 to deliver the goods.
I believe if you can hold it just right it will "one hole" at distance for you.

Tried shooting JEFFPPC targets today as the wind finally died from the 30mph we've been having for several days. This was the best one out of three tries, and I score it a 26.5 out of a possible 30. It's shot at 22 yards and you get 1 point for a hit anywhere on the animal and a 1.5 if the pellet stays inside the animal. They shoot these indoors, but I shot from inside the garage out to the target, so some wind affect if it's blowing hard. Shot this one with the Prosport, but I will pit the 97K against it when it's back together.
Supposed to shoot two of these together for 40 shots total, but I was just trying them out today.

Great start for a shoot, sunny skies and a HW30 .177 Black. Easy gun to shoot.
Can’t go wrong with a HW50 .22 
Had lunch and went back out to the range. brrrr. High 30’s temp dropped, I stopped the wind but nasty day.
The HW95 .22 warmed things up. A pleasure to shoot an unopened can of spaghetti sauce, outdated.
Last rifle before hypothermia set I was a R7 .177. 
So good to shoot again. Crow

Picked up a well used BSF/ Bavaria model 55 recently and after installing a new ARH mainspring and some lubing of the original leather seals had it out shooting today at 10.3ftlb with AA Falcon pellets (.177). such a great shooting little gun, a true classic!

Nice shooting. Those rams are my worst target. Most days I shoot everything else clean, but those rams$%&. Now shot the same target trying to hit the first hole. You will be surprised how many you hit. The Turkeys were harder for me, I think they're turkeys? I would've liked to have tried this with the D75 I used to have. But I would think the HW30 might be good at this as well, DK I've never shot one.
