What to do with your stimulus money?

Well wish I had a bit more say on it-no toys. Wife wanted a new fridge and standup freezer. Maybe on the next one???

The wife and I would have been close to not receiving checks had I still been working.

i dont know ..so much to buy lol .. i was looking at a diana bandit pcp pistol as a possible great go-to gun for popping squirrels out of the trees up close and personal-like back behind the chicken coop lol ... theyre in too close for a scope sighted gun sometimes 10-15 feet just smilin at me lol ...

Proportionals of each one are different.
But the generar rule for those of us that live from the daily work, is:
1.- Cover your primary needs and reserve for the unforeseen.
2.- Just use a reasonable portion of your "extras" for luxuries, including your hobbie.

Part is going to work on my truck which I have had the money for but kept putting it off. I tried to buy a new rifle today but no one has them in stock. I was told a minimum of 5 months for a Maverick so I asked about a Dreamtac, at least 3 weeks. Saw a couple of used guns but went back and they were gone. Oh well I'll probably lose interest in buying something by the time I find what I want.

If I'm not mistaken but the stimulus money is provided by the tax payers and should be used to stimulated the economy. I think the best way to stimulated the economy is to use that money to help out as many people as you can and not just a few people. One area where that money could've been wisely spent was the food service industry. Most of the food is grown in the country and the money will stay in your home town. Another good one would've been purchasing lumber and making something.

Bought me an Athlon Ares ETR UHD 3-18x50 with scope rings, bubble level and scope caps.
My wife and I live quite frugally and we have plenty of savings to fall back on even though we qualify for these checks. It's not needed so we put it towards our play categories. No need to judge people for what they put the money towards.

Never got any. Ever. But I did get myself this Wildcat Mk3 and it is working out pretty sweet.
Finally, I have got it working right after losing one of those detents which holds the hammer spring adjuster in position. I got it shooting NSA dish based slugs in 26.8 grains at .249 size between 950-955 fps. I can nail stuff out to 100 yards easy. The Ronin seems to really tame the sound. Tried out the CARM mag but it didn't work well with these NSA slugs. Perhaps it is more suitable for something else.
Got the rifle from Penchetta.com. Fast shipping. This is a stock setup. I installed a pic rail onto the stock, found this dual magazine holder on eBay (it's nifty as heck) and also 3D printed a barrel band sorta thing-a-ma-jig from a file I downloaded from one of those S Africa YouTuber's page (AirTac Hunting or something). Thanks a lot. For tuning, I put the regulator up to about 145 bar or so and just worked out the hammer spring tension. I really hate the small distance between readings in these FX gauges. FX take a look at the Wika gauges and just put them on your rifles, OK. They do it right. And these black backgrounds make it harder to read. It looks like I get 2 magazines before it falls of the reg. currently..
