What valve do I need for this?

Don't know I need a DIN 300 or a CGA 347. Going to get this set up for my friend so he can use the pcp I built for him. His hand pump went out and this is just easier for him. I'll just refill it when needed.

Be careful my friend they look a little old and they do expire better off getting a port compresser you can hook it up to the car but good luck be safe

It allows slow fill to the gun, but quick fill from a compressor by way of the second Foster fitting.
This valve allows me to fill my 45 min tank about 10 min faster than the typical "slow fill"

The cga347 doesn't have threads on the regulator. Is that right?

Never mind, I see the threads on one I was looking at. They had an adapter threaded into it in the pics.


I was thinking of removing the entire scba valve and was wondering what the actual bottle's threads were.

Thanks Bill. I thought that's what they are. I might just get the cga347 adapter, but original plan was to replace the entire valve with an adjustable regulator.

I have that same valve with the adapter, with gauge (not sure how accurate) and quick connect fitting.

The scba tanks threads is 7/8-14 they do sell normal valves for them.

Make sure if you use a normal scba valve you remove the tube. That way if you have a notion there might be water in the tank you just turn it upside down a slightly open the valve. Any water will be blown out of the tank.
