What valve / Hose combo do I need?

Curious as to what set up is needed to connect and regulate pressure from this SCBA tank to a gun?

Looks more like a CGA346 fitting, not a 347. The threaded "nipple" on the tank looks shorter than the 347. A CGA347 tank nipple is 22.6mm long & O.D. is 20.8mm (approx).

How long/wide is yours (no double entendre intended all of you with your mind in the gutter!).

I don’t actually own this tank yet, I’m doing the research on the advantages of buying a used SCBA tank. Seems like the more I learn about this game, the more questions it opens up. I’m interested in tethering this bottle to an Air Force Texan .457 for bench shooting.

I believe it should be CGA347 since it is a 4500 tank (or at least your valve shows it is 4500). Here is post on that by Jimmy King: https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/cga-346-vs-cga-347. I actually bought my scba fill station from Jimmy King, not sure if he still makes them up and sells them, but I would recommend you PM him to check, he used good quality components.
