What Wrong with this Picture?

Do send a picture to Crosman and see what they say. Piranha card for.22 holding .177 hollow points. There will probably be an excuse, but maybe some extra pellets as a "I'm sorry" gift.

Looks like they did a packaging run of Piranha's and switched to .177 hollows, but a Piranha card or two didn't get cleared out of the packaging equipment. Innocent mistake, probably happens more than we think, but still, the packaging ought to be right!

Or, just keep it like a mint mistake coin. Value is in the mistake, not the contents.

This Kind of thing happens all the time, and not just at Crosman.

I ordered a FX Wildcat Compact (500mm) barrel kit from Pyramid Air. When it arrived there was a Sniper (700mm) barrel inside. Have a look at the packaging below, one part says Sniper while the other says 500mm. It's not clear who screwed up, Pyramid or FX, but I had no problem getting my money back from PA.

UPDATE: I sent a pic to Crosman via FB messenger, and got a reply. The reply seemed genuinely surprised, and asked me to call, which I did. I didn't really care about getting them replaced or refunded... just wanted them to know about it, but a super nice lady named Sally, asked me to email some additional info and pics. I opened up one of the packages to ensure there contents were .177 and to get a pic for the email.

Got very nice reply to the email this a.m., with a shipping notice for replacements in .22. I asked if they would like me to return the ones I have, and they said "No". So the unopened one will go on the shelf, and one of these days, when any kind of projectile weapon is illegal, my kids, or grandkids, or great grandkids will have a "collectable". 😊

Thanks to Crosman for going above and beyond!!
