What’s a good slug for Huben K1 .22 caliber latest model

Anyone have any go recommended Slugs that shoot good out of the new K1 in .22 caliber. I’ve been doing some testing some were OK and some were awful.
I found that the Huben peanut slugs were good but im looking for a hollow point.

The JSB MK kk are too loose in the Mag
.216, .217 and .218 are not good. Don’t want the magazine to jam.
.219 fit good.

I own a 2018 with a TJ barrel, my Dad owns a 2021 with stock barrel we both use NSA 27.5gr. Dish H.P. .218 at 960-1020fps.
I have shot several groups of m.o.a. or less at 100yds.

I have the newest model. it does not like the Zan 219 at all. The NSA is in .219.
It did ok. I have to do some more testing with different weights. All of the .218’s move too much in the magazine. Not going to take a chance of jamming.

Maybe look into Varmint Knockers if you're looking for a hollow point. You can find them on eBay. Check the above linked thread for varied user experiences and diameter recommendations. Be sure to order the correct diameter.

i have them the diameter is too small. They move around too much in the magazine. They need to be .219.
The newest model they are using a different barrel than the previous models
not sure if they are using a different magazine

my 2024 k1 shoots the AVS .2193 34gr flat base slugs at almost moa.
I did have kelly switch the mag to a 2018 mag with the grooves that match the barrel (new mags only have 6 grooves, barrel is 12). the original mag was kind of garbage.

Interesting, did the 2018 mag make a difference in accuracy and also is the diameter a bit smaller? Would a .218 fit snuggling in there or is it still too loose? I do have some ABS that I was planning on trying, but they are cup bass. I have some different NSA coming today that I’m going to also test..

.218 was still too small. .2193 just fits in slightly snug with no force needed to get the skin from your thumb to get it just past flush with slight pressure.

in the 2024 mag, i had .223 slugs falling through and jamming. it was way too loose. it was also roughly finished on the barrel side - mill marks all over it - and lastly it was too thick. The 2018 mags (Kelly has a bunch for this reason) were some of the best made.

Interesting info. For a 2023 Huben K1 .22 what would fit the best a .219 or .223 with stock 2023 mag nothing has been changed. Just trying to avoid any jamming. Any info on what Slug or Pellet to start with would be greatly appreciated.

after a bunch of testing, I am getting the best results with JSB redesigns 25.39 and AEA 21.9. I tried a bunch of different slugs. The best I found out of my gun is AVS flat base 34 grain .221.3
the 30 grain was good also. I have some other slugs coming in the week for more testing. The Huben peanut was good also but I’m looking for a hollow points for hunting.

17.5 mp. shoot for 970 to 980.
every barrel is going to be different, but I would play around with those numbers plus and minus it took me quite some time to find this. The AVS .2213 flat base fit great.

This was the pellet tune. I did not spend much time with this because I was interested in shooting slugs, but this was good. You could always dial the power wheel down a bit.
