When Life Gives You Lemons?

Been having issues at work with a particular boss above me and had a discussion through HR about it. Cut to today when said boss above me fires me. Anyway on a random note... I had a lot of spare time suddenly so decided to do some pellet testing with all sorts of weights at 50 yards. Shot some JSB Deep 25.4 (top left?), FX 25.4 (top right?), JSB 20.1(bottom left?) and AEA 21.9(bottom right?) As well as got some sweet shots on some pest birds that I've had my eye on while the airgun has been getting a tune up. Couldn't sleep so decided to download old premier pro and see if I could try my hand at some video editing since I haven't touched an adobe product since highschool. Anyway... This is what I came up with. Will upload groupings of the pellets at 50yds later with labels along with chronograph data once I sort through it all but for now this is all I got in me for today. This all coming out of my FX Maverick .22, 500mm barrel, at 120 bar, 6mm 12gram hammer, PW 7, preload screw at about 6mm out

Hey fired, me too, last month.

For the last five years I’ve been telling them they are wrong and their strategies don’t match what the customer wants. So now they will continue to go down that path, but I no longer have to live their lie.

I have never felt better.

lots of time for testing….good shooting Zelaron

I've left every job like I found it... looking for another one.

Most employers act like they are doing you a favor.

Most employees are doing their employer a favor by putting up with their ignorant crap.

Shooting all day is the best job I ever had. The pay sucks but the office is nice and the boss is always in a good mood.

That reminds me...I'm late for work!

I got fired for not...signing release papers on some parts, that I thought were wrong.
A month later, they fired the guy that fired me.
Then about 4 months later, they called me at home and asked if I'd come back ! Yeah, I did after finding that they fired my old...boss.

To thine own self be true. Better things will come.

I appreciate all the kind words. This boss was stupid enough to tell another employee that he knew I reported him before firing me. So… this might be a blessing in the future. I will continue posting airgun related tuning here stuff here as well as maybe releasing another few fun videos when I have time. Quick tune system is ordered and hopefully we will continue to learn and have fun with these awesome pieces of machinery.

Boy — isn't load testing (pellet testing) fun? It would nice if someone were to come up with a fast and simple way to help you find the exact pellet, barrel length, pressure that your particular rifle likes the best! Sounds like a business opportunity?

Of course he new! If your trusting the HR department in anyway STOP! They are not there for you but only for the company! HR is so misunderstood these days they are your enemy and in no way on the side of an employee!
