Where can I buy a HW95 Luxus .22 / HW95K

I asked a similar question and the consensus I got was to buy the luxus model with the iron sights and simply remove the front sight which is on a dovetail at the muzzle and then add a slip on silencer or slip on adapter and then silencer. You will now have iron sights to use later if you desire. I haven't bought a HW95L yet so I cannot personally certify all this will work but it does sound about right to me. It presumes that the muzzle dovetail is cut into a round barrel and is contained within the barrel diameter and will not interfere with the slip on.

It’s a bit more $ but I like the clean looks of the Field Pro version. Pretty sure that’s not a silencer though.

From reading at the forum across the hall, I've seen several members mention you'd need to lightly file the front sight grooves for a slip on moderator as they stick up and stop or at least make it difficult to just slide anything on over them. Also a member over there that makes custom breaks out of delrin that will slide on without the need to file. Never had the urge to take the sights off my HW95, so I've never considered trying to get him to make me one.

My Beeman R9 is the same rifle as the Luxus and not sure how much it actually moderates anything but the muzzle break/muzzle weight does make for a good cocking aid as already mentioned. Also means not having to buy plugs for the rear sight screw holes since the receiver isn't tapped for them and as intenseaty mentioned, makes for a cleaner looking rifle.

Also seen several mentions along with the one above that AoA is waiting for a pallet of rifles to clear Customs. First mention I saw of that was almost a week ago, so AoA should have them shortly I'd think.
